Old Father of the Forests & patron of the Rjurik race,
Aeric is the
guardian of the wilderness and animals. His
symbol is an Oak Tree.
Anduiras
King
of the Old Gods that died
at Dessmar, he was patron of the Anuirian Tribe & the old Andu
Empire
before it was corrupted by Azrai. His
successor is Haelyn.
Avanalae
Goddess
of the Sun & Lady of
Reason, Avanalae is the successor of Basaïa and Aeric's wife. She is the Patron of the Basarji, her symbol
is that of the setting sun.
Azrai
The
ancient god of darkness, he
corrupted the old Anduirian Empire & chased the Five Tribes to
Cerilia,
instigating the Battle of Dessmar and the destruction of the Old Gods. His champions, Belinik & Kriesha,were
accended to godhood as they most closely followed his ideals. Those of his Bloodline often become
Awnsheghlien, monsters of the "Blood of Darkness"
Basaïa
One of the Old Gods, she was replaced by Avanalae as
goddess of the Sun.
Belinik One of the Vos gods
who was born out of the death of
Azrai, he is the Prince of Terror and Lord of Strife.
His Symbol is a set of crossed axes.
Brenna One of the Old Gods,
she was replaced by Sarimie as
goddess of Luck.

Wither this evil being is an Awnsheghlien or a God, none
know for
sure. What is known is that the Cold
Rider is perhaps the greatest power active in the Shadow-world, and
leagons of
the dead follow in his wake.

Haelyn's son by Nesirie, he is the Stormlord & God of
Battle.
Eloéle
(eh-LOW-eh-lay)
Daughter of Ruornil & Sarimie, she is the Goddess of
Night &
Sister of Thieves.
Haelyn
Lord of Noble War, Lawmaker & Patron of Anuiré. He was one of the Thre Brothers at the Battle
of Desmaar and took Anduiras' place since he was the Old God's champion. His elder brother (the "Black
Prince") became the Gorgon and his younger brother, Roele, founded the
Anuirian Empire. His symbol is the Sword
& Sunburst.

Lord & Patron of Goblin-kind.
Kriesha
One of the two Vos Champions to assend in Azrai's place
when the dark
god died, Kriesha is known as Lady Ice,
the Winter Witch. Her symbol is a White
Hand.
Laerme
Daughter of Aeric & Avanalae, she is the Goddess of
Fire, Beauty,
& Art.
Masela
Old Mother of the Oceans & Patron of the now extinct
Masetian race,
she died at the Battle of Desmaar, passing her power on to Nesirie.
Moradin
His name only known as a dwarven battle-cry, he is
believed to be the
creator of the dwarven race and the center of a panthion kept secret
from
non-dwarves.
Nesirie
(neh-SEE-ree-eh)
Goddess of the Sea, Lady of Mourning, she is the patron of
mariners and
explorers and the heir of Masela's power. Wife
of Haelyn, her symbol is a Wave & Trident.
Reynir
One of the Old Gods, he was replaced by Aeric as Lord of
the Natural
World.
Ruornil
Called the Silver Prince, the God of the Moon is also
Archmage of the
New Gods. Taking Vorynn's place, his
symbol is the Crescent Moon.
Sarimie
Lady of Fortune & Goddess
of
Wealth, her power & patronage of the Brecht people came from Brenna.
St.Hellena
Weither a true daughter of Avanalae or just a great hero
of note, none
can argue her heroic sacrifice while protecting Coeranys from the
Gorgon's
forays of 20 years ago. Honoring her
death, the Church of the Life & Protection of Avanalae named the
Abby in
Duornil after her. It is said that her
blood lives on in her twin sons, Brian & Kiré
Destanté.
St.Mikiel
Another Martyr in the conflict with the Gorgon, Mikiel was
a young
wizard who's life was changed when he drank from the legendary Crimsion
Cup of
Aduiras. Changing from his fekless ways
he went on many adventures in the path of rightiousness before finaly
assending
bodly to Heaven.
Tholuk
The Divine Fool, Tholuk is called "the Great Pretender" by
those who believe him to be a false god. His
adherents (a mixture of exentrics from all races) say
he is the god
of death and madness, the Chaos Lord bourn out of wedlock between
dieties
embarased by his existance. His religion
is fast eclipsing the traditional faiths of the Orogs and Goblins, and
has even taken root
in some elven courts.
Vorynn
Old God of Magic & Patron of the Vos, his successor is
Ruornil
(though his people have forsaken him, prefering the more barbaric ways
of
Belinik & Kriesha).
